Raf helped me train for my first half marathon & was really helpful. Training was challenging and adaptive for my fitness level and helped me develop confidence to push for better outcomes each time. I also really liked the progressive approach to building performance & stamina, as well as some useful advice on supplements as well. Would definitely train with Raf again, highly recommended.

Ralf provides workouts tailored to my goals and feedback that improves my performance. His suggestions are backed with explanations derived from deep knowledge and personal experience with each exercise. He is very responsive to questions both before and after workouts. I believe the advice and motivation Ralf provides have improved my running and I look forward to his continued support as I progress further.

Ralf is an excellent coach and a great all round person. I was looking for someone to help me prepare for the marathon and once we spoke I just knew he'd be easy to work with. He's helped me really improve my running ability, my knowledge on things from technique to fuelling and much more, and most importantly was a massive part of me achieving the goals I set out for. I'd recommend Ralf in a heartbeat to anyone!
